Employed or freelance – both regulated honestly
Employment with fixed salary, equipment and a clear development path; freelance work with remuneration per deal and per collected instalment, visible in the portal. Nobody speaks to customers before passing the academy.

Does FIAON employ people or only pay commission?
Both. Employment in all areas, freelance work above all in sales, onboarding and receivables management, working students in marketing, engineering, onboarding and operations.
Where do I work?
Mostly remote in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Meetings take place in Zurich; legal and operations partly on site.
Do I need experience?
Depending on the area. In sales and onboarding the academy teaches you everything; in engineering, legal and operations we expect experience. Tell us honestly where you stand.
How does the interview go?
A video call with Florentine or Daniel, 30 minutes, no trick questions. Then a trial day or a trial task – and a decision within a week.
