One price, no surprises.

Twelve monthly instalments, then we ask whether you want to stay. No commission on limits, no fee per letter, no small print. Everything is here — including what it costs to do it yourself.

Four personal plans, one credit report

Every plan starts with your credit report, explained in plain language. The difference is how much FIAON takes on afterwards: letters to send yourself or sent by FIAON, deadlines tracked, a current account and card prepared, priority on queries.

What doing it yourself costs

Everything FIAON does you can do yourself — the data copy under Art. 15 GDPR is free and the law is public. The question is what your time is worth and how often you will have to chase. Our calculator on this page compares registered letters, hours and a lawyer's fee with a twelve-month plan.

How you pay

First instalment by bank transfer (payment details with a QR code in your customer area), then SEPA direct debit through a verified creditor. No credit card needed. Prices include VAT. The bank decides on account, card and limit.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes — at any time to the end of the current month, informally and without giving a reason: in your customer area under Subscription & payments or by e-mail. The plan is set up for twelve instalments because reports, letters and replies take time — but nobody is tied in. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition.

Is the report credited if I choose a plan later?

Yes. If you buy the report on its own first and choose a plan within 30 days, the amount is credited against the first instalment. Say so in the onboarding call or in your customer area — your contact person records it.

Are there fees per letter or success commissions?

No. Neither per letter nor on deletions, accounts or card limits. The plan price is the price. Registered-letter postage, follow-up, escalation — all included.

How do I pay?

First instalment by bank transfer (payment details with a QR code in your customer area), then SEPA direct debit through a verified creditor at the start of each month. No credit card needed, no payment in advance for services not yet delivered.

Can I change plans?

In the application, in the onboarding call and upwards at any time afterwards; downwards from the next instalment cycle. The plan finder on this page gives a first orientation — the final choice is discussed in the onboarding call.

What if all my entries are justified?

Then we tell you so after the report — and you decide whether to continue. Even with justified entries there is a way forward: settled markers, instalment agreements with a waiver of reporting, the current account, your payment history. Only deletion is off the table then, and we do not promise it.
