The operating system for creditworthiness.
FIAON shows you what the credit bureaus hold on you, repairs it with you — and then opens the door to real financial products. One sentence, three layers, one path.
Creditworthiness is not a verdict — it is a state
Today a report you have never seen decides on your account, your card, your flat and your loan. FIAON turns that around: first you see what is stored, then you change it, then the door opens.
- Layer 1 · Insight: your report from SCHUFA, KSV or CRIF, explained in plain language
- Layer 2 · Action: deletion requests, corrections, objections and instalment agreements — prepared, reviewed, sent
- Layer 3 · Access: a current account, a credit card, later finance — the bank decides
Why FIAON exists
100 million people in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have an entry with a credit bureau; six million in Germany alone are considered over-indebted. Score apps show a number, debt counselling is analogue, banks decide by the file. FIAON occupies the layer in between.
The path from e-mail address to card
Create an account in two minutes, an onboarding call with a person, your report explained within 24 hours, letters approved and tracked stage by stage, then account and card prepared for partner banks. The bank always decides on the issue.
Frequently asked questions
Is FIAON a bank?
No. FIAON is not a credit institution and issues neither accounts nor cards. The respective partner bank always decides on the issue. FIAON prepares you and documents your credit file.
What makes FIAON different from a score app?
A score app shows a number. FIAON obtains the report, explains every entry, prepares the letter and sends it after your approval — and tracks the reply. Displaying is the first layer. FIAON has three.
Who reviews the letters?
Every letter type is approved and versioned by the legal team. No letter goes out that has not been reviewed — and none without your approval.
Which countries does this apply to?
Germany (SCHUFA), Austria (KSV) and Switzerland (CRIF). The platform recognises your country and makes the request to the right credit bureau.
What does FIAON cost?
Plans from €7.99 a month, twelve instalments by SEPA direct debit, then you decide whether to stay. Just the report? €74 one-off.
Where is my data held?
