Frequently asked questions

How long until I see my report?

Usually within 24 hours of receipt at FIAON. The credit bureaus themselves need between a few days and four weeks depending on country and route.

What if all entries are justified?

Then we say so. You get the deletion dates, the 100-day rule where it applies, and the route to account and card via your value rather than via the clear-up.

Can I change or cancel the plan?

Yes – in the application, in the onboarding call and in the customer area under Plan & payments. Twelve instalments, then you decide freely.

Do I have to talk to someone?

Once, 15 minutes. The onboarding call is mandatory because it makes the difference. After that everything runs via the area, phone and e-mail as needed.

Who sees my data?

Your contact and the staff working on your file. Nobody else. Data is never sold or passed on for advertising.
