Figures you can check yourself.
No market participant shows how many customers have really paid and how many instalments have really arrived. FIAON does — with definition, date and source. And says what has not been measured yet.
The figures as of 2 September 2026
443 paying customers with bank-confirmed payment, 450 paid monthly instalments, 267 customers in Germany, 150 in Austria and 4 in Switzerland, 20 free tools and 57 guides — measured in the platform's database with the same definitions the management uses internally. Next update at the beginning of October 2026.
Four north-star metrics being measured
Time to first insight, reply rate on letters, graduation rate into an account or finance, instalment collection rate. Published as soon as they are reliable over a quarter — not before.
What is not here
No reviews that do not exist yet, no revenue outside the data room, no individual cases without approval, no success rate of deleted entries until the reply rate is reliable.
Frequently asked questions
Why does FIAON publish metrics?
Because trust has to be verifiable. Anyone searching for “experiences” otherwise finds only claims. Here are figures with definition, date and source — and, honestly, what has not yet been reliably measured.
Where do the figures come from?
From the platform's database, with the same definition the management uses internally: paying customers only with bank-confirmed payment and without test accounts, instalments only with a payment date. Rounded down, never estimated.
How often is it updated?
Every four weeks, each time with a new date. The four north-star metrics follow as soon as they are reliable over at least one quarter — the aim is a quarterly report.
What does FIAON not publish?
No reviews that do not exist yet; no revenue figures outside the data room for investors; no individual cases without the customers' approval. And no figure without a definition.
