Frequently asked questions
What does a switch cost?
€129 net per confirmed electricity switch and €159 net per confirmed gas switch. Charged only once the start of supply is confirmed.
Do I have to accept every customer?
No. You assess every application yourself — we only expect an individual assessment rather than a rejection for a credit entry alone.
What counts as a confirmed switch?
A contract with a confirmed start of supply. If the customer cancels before supply starts, nothing is charged.
Which data do I receive?
Name, address, phone, email, meter number, annual consumption and current supplier — all with the customer's express consent.
Are the households exclusive to me?
Yes. Each household goes to one supplier only for the same energy type.
