Matter: The customer describes the matter — we only identify the field of law; we give no legal guidance. Consent: They expressly agree that we name your firm and pass on their contact details. Appointment: We book the first consultation in your released times. Documents: If they wish, letters and records are in your partner area beforehand. Mandate: Whether and how you take the mandate is for you and the client alone.
A fixed price. No fee per mandate.
Lawyers may not pay for introductions of mandates. That is why we only offer the partner seat — regardless of how many mandates arise. €690 net a month per field of law and region. Net price, reverse charge. The price covers visibility and appointment organisation — regardless of the number and outcome of mandates (§ 49b(3) BRAO). FIAON promises no number of mandates.

Why do I not pay per mandate?
Because it would breach professional rules: § 49b(3) BRAO prohibits fees for introducing mandates. The partner seat is a fixed price for visibility and appointment organisation.
What does the partner seat cost?
€690 net a month per field of law and region, minimum term three months, then terminable monthly.
How many firms share a region?
At most three per region and field of law. The customer chooses freely.
Does FIAON promise a number of mandates?
No. We book appointments with customers who want them — whether a mandate follows is for you and the client to decide.
Does FIAON give customers legal guidance?
No. FIAON only identifies which field of law a matter concerns and books the appointment. Legal counsel lies solely with your firm.
